Goals

Goals I’m working towards.

For me, setting a goal is not just about deciding what I want to achieve. It is also about understanding why it matters, thinking about what I can try, and noticing whether I am making progress.

Small steps. Clear direction. Honest progress.

How I Track Progress

  1. 1Not Started
  2. 2Started
  3. 3In Progress
  4. 4Improving
  5. 5Achieved

Progress does not always move in a straight line. What matters is noticing what is working, what is not, and what I can try next.

My Goals

Four goals I’m working towards

Build Better Study Habits

My Goal

To develop study habits that help me learn regularly and understand what I am studying more deeply.

Why It Matters

Good study habits can help me become more organised, reduce last-minute pressure and make learning more meaningful.

What I Can Try

  • Plan my study time more carefully
  • Break larger tasks into smaller steps
  • Reduce distractions while studying
  • Review what I have learned regularly
  • Ask questions when I do not understand something

How I’ll Know I’m Improving

I should gradually feel more prepared, organised and comfortable with what I have learned.

Goal 02

Become More Consistent

My Goal

To become more consistent in the things that are important to me.

Why It Matters

Small actions become more useful when I can repeat them regularly instead of depending only on motivation.

What I Can Try

  • Set realistic routines
  • Focus on small actions I can repeat
  • Keep track of what I complete
  • Restart quickly if I miss something
  • Reflect on what helps me stay consistent

How I’ll Know I’m Improving

I will notice that important routines become easier to maintain and that I restart more quickly when something does not go as planned.

Monthly Goal Check-In

Questions I can ask myself each month

At the end of each month, I can use these questions to see where I am and what I should focus on next.

  1. 01

Which goal did I make progress on this month?

  2. 02

    What helped me move forward?

  3. 03

    What got in the way?

  4. 04

Is there anything I should change about my approach?

  5. 05

What is the ONE thing I want to focus on next month?

A goal gives me direction.Reflection helps me understand the journey.
