For me, achievement is not only about being better than someone else. It is also about recognising progress — learning something, improving, completing something meaningful or taking a step forward.
When I add an achievement, I can ask myself:
What helped me get there?
What was difficult?
What did I learn about myself?
What would I like to try next?
Progress is easier to appreciate when I remember where I started.
